ZUMBA WAIST TRAINING - TLC style!

ok i did not have time to update on our Zumba Waist Training activities, but those following me on FB and my IG would know that we have had 4 series of Zumba Waist Training classes at TLC center since Nov 2014!

so, what is WAIST TRAINING?

Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a waist-cinching corset. The waist training practice came to prominence in Victorian times but has made something of a comeback in recent years. Wearing a waist cinching corset, exercising and eating a healthy diet can radically reduce your waist size;instantly giving you a beautiful sexy silhouette while permanently getting rid of unwanted inches around your waist.

it is now the craze in the US to train your waist (look, Kim Kardashian does it too!),  basically, being stick thin is no longer a trend! (yay for shapely women like me!) 

Regardless your shape, women just looks better with a smaller waist - being hourglass rather than an apple shape!
