TED Thursdays: “People don’t buy what you do; people buy why you do it.”

it's TED Thursdays again!

i find this talk by Simon Sinek very motivating and it made me understand better on how to be a better leader...

well he just talks about - you know what you do, how to do it, but not always we know WHY we do it!

and a some very good quotes from the talk:

“If you hire people just because they can do a job, they’ll work for your money. But if you hire people who believe what you believe, they’ll work for you with blood and sweat and tears.”

" people don't buy what you do, but WHY you do it!"

and the best of all, he talks about BELIEVING and DREAMS....and not just plans!

to be successful , we must be driven by believe and dreams - plans are only a tool to realise your dreams :)

so don't be afraid to dream!
